I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods
My first GD baby is 3 months so it’ll be a little while ??
I had it with my first but not with my second. GD didn’t stop me.
Nope. This was always going to be my last one. I’m already considered to be of “advanced maternal age” (37), and this is my second child and second high risk pregnancy (GD is honestly small potatoes compared to my first pregnancy, which was complicated not by GD but by other, scarier issues that my baby had).
This is my 2nd time with GD, but 3rd baby. It has definitely made me think we’re probably done after this one. But we’ll see what God has in store for us down the road.
I was really on the fence about having a third as I had GD with both my first how to lower blood sugar naturally and fast babies. We tried once and I was pregnant with my third. The GD never came back in that third pregnancy.
I was done after this one and now I am really done.
My first pregnancy the foods to eat diabetic baby had health issues. This pregnancy I have health issues. However due to my age (39) and not either of the above I believe we are done
I said from the beginning that this was my last pregnancy… This just confirms it. 3 is more than enough for us anyway! I’m good.
This is my 3rd time with gd . The absolutely worst one out of the 3. I’m so done every pregnancy it was worse and worse.
Yep! Done 1st was iug and cholestasis and gd this time
Not at all. It’s a small bump in the road that’s temporary and although it’s challenging the end result is worth the challenge! (In my opinion)
Yes! This is my 2nd boy and 1st time with GDM. Ended up needing an emergency c section(1st was natural) and now I definitely don’t want to have anymore ?
Yes. After having how to lower blood sugar naturally and fast GD the likelihood of having diabetic diet sample meals type 2 Diabetes goes up. Also the risk of the child having diabetes also goes up. . . The part of me having GD hasn’t been the absolute worst for me, but the things that can happen later really worry me.
this really worries me too. And how to lower blood sugar naturally and fast I get so upset thinking I may have set my child up for a lifetime of this. I have to avoid those thoughts Bc I will cry for hours over it.
same. It makes me so sad to think about the possibility of my baby having to do this… i really have to snap out of it sometimes
Well Gestational diabetes destroyed my placenta and almost killed my baby so I will most likely be terrified and on board with inducement for any future children. I also lost a bunch of blood
I’m pregnant with my 6th but first GD pregnancy… this was my last anyways..
I still 100% diabetic diet recipe want a second one despite the struggle. Although our plan is to not have two under the age of four so it’ll be a little while.
This is my first and only pregnancy and I tell my husband all the time I definitely am glad because I how to lower blood sugar naturally and fast would sincerely not want to do this again.
I’m 38… this is my fourth child with 3 miscarriages mixed in. how to lower blood sugar naturally and fast My doctor has pretty much told me he highly recommends, for my own safety, that I not have any more kids.
