I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods
145 this morning …I have been KeTo for a week now and my fasting is always between 130-145. No meds yet

Mayby intermittent fasting plus collagen powder and bioten with a good women’s vitamin
I had that when I was younger. The doctor said it was polycystic ovarian syndrome. Mine was caused by Depakote, an anti seizure med. When they finally weaned me off it altogether and I was eating better, it cleared up.

This was my horribly itchy rash!! Cured immediately upon stopping carbs and sugar! Try it!!

Fasting plus before meals and 1 and 2 hours after meals. That way you can see how food affects you.
So I need some clarification, I understand when you say stay well under the ADA recommendation of daily carbs. What I don’t understand how many carbs per day for diabetic to lose weight is why some comment like I had 20g of oatmeal or 20g of pasta etc… isn’t it also about what carbs you put in? Like vegatables have carbs, nuts have carbs, so are you saying not to have more than the Keto recommended carbs even if it’s with veg and nuts?
There are basically three types of diet to reverse type 2 diabetes – low carb (worked for me), very low fat vegan, and ADA. The only one that
