My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

Laurel B Hamilton just be careful keep snacks by on hand I’d get shaky sick cause 50-60 were low for me and it’s 10:40 pm here. Nothing worse than waking up shaking and very low. My lows dropped quick.

a whole glass is way too much. It is going to have you go low again. Is somewhere that can go get you glucose tabs? They cost $2 for a pack of 10.

But yet..the doc will say that we will always have T2D. Honestly, I don’t halki diet book believe that to be true.
I am ok with that. If things change, great, if not I am happy and healthy right now with a diagnosis of TD2. Reality is ok.
