The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

Wanted to let other diabetics know I had COVID and am Type 1. I recovered in a week. Only saying this to help reduce anxiety as I know I had anxiety prior and while I had the virus. foods diabetic to eat Everyone is different and should be precautious, but you should know that there is hope!
Same here! I got diagnosed and didn’t even know I had it ?? I had to get tested for a job and I had not coughed, had runny nose, or even ran fever. No symptoms. Never got any either.
Super blessed and thankful and I hope everyone could be as free easy diabetic meal plans lucky! Stay very hydrated, try to get your blood flowing and get a sweat on (I work out and run daily and drink about a gallon of water a day) and I also started drinking emergen-c everyday about 2 years ago. I can say it made a HUGE difference.

I am type 1 and i work at an assisted living in one of the most hard hit places in texas.
