I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

ys when I only had diabetes to contend with. Fast forward to dealing with not only diabetes, but also kidney disease, cancer, IBS, migraines, fibro, arthritis, back problems, hip diabetic veggie meals problems, knee problems …. I’ll trade you … now do you feel better?
I have to have a injection into my eye today (6) in total over a period of as many weeks as there is a bleed behind the eye and have blurred vision, I’m not looking forward to it but it’s better than the alternative.
Michelle Janiece My son has Coats Disease. He’s suffered through so many eye injections. Definitely better than the alternative for you. Good luck ????

Elizabeth Ruben Please let us know how it goes. I got my left eye injection today, the last one until foods to help gain weight for diabetics next month. My treatment plan requires two injections per month, one in each eye. The treatment has kept the DME and retinopathy from getting worse but no improvement yet. Hoping to get my levels in foods for non diabetic hypoglycemia the 90s to see if that helps. Went on a bike ride for lunch and started back on the basal insulin once a day.
RussandTrace WhipperAuthor I had the injection yesterday, my first one I was a bit nervous but it went ok it’s a little sore and red today but I have two more injections to go.
The Dr said after 3 injections we will see if more are needed.

Elizabeth Ruben Gary Peterson For my eyes to have a chance to heal my levels need to stay below 120 consistently for two years or so they estimate (5 – 6). So I self-imposed a target BgL in the 90’s.

Bonnie Burns Ohhhhhh poor you. I’ve had 8 done, 4 in each eye 16 years ago. It’s awful but my eyes have been perfect ever since. I do a follow up once a year now and every time they say how amazing the surgeries were and seem to be protecting my good vessels too!
