I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods
urgical for a number of reasons but primarily bleeding and healing. You know as well as anyone that poor control is poor healing. It’s so hard to control blood sugars but it’s crucial for situations like this. I don’t by ANY means blame you, but please do try to extend them a little grace because I bet they did have his best interest at heart, not malice. I’m so sorry you guys are having such a hard time getting his numbers down. I promise I understand the struggle. It is so hard every single day!! Prayers for you and for him. Y’all will get there. Keep the faith. ??
Mom——so if foods for juvenile diabetes no one treats him then what do I do? Let him suffer with bad teeth? could they not have told me they were afraid of him before I drove all the way down there?
Me——Yes. They definitely could’ve told you prior to that!!
I can only go by my experience, but in my consult with the doctor on my first visit, he made me very aware that no treatment could be done if my blood sugar wasn’t in proper range.
In order to get him the dental treatment he needs, you both are going to HAVE to get his sugar down. Even if it requires more insulin or dietary changes. There’s honestly just no other option. It isn’t safe to do any procedures, not just dental, with uncontrolled numbers, be it your fault or not.
And then shortly there after she made a new post that reads:
So, what happens if Bob needs a surgery for say his gallbladder. Will they refuse to treat him? I’m honestly asking because, I dont know. His wisdom teeth need to be removed his dentist said if they come through they will give him problems. So, if we can’t find someone to help him. What do I do? I’m asking because, I dont know.
Sonja Skinner My mother easy salmon recipes for diabetics is type two. She was scheduled for a very important back surgery. Her blood sugar was 240 and they turned her away. She was prepped, had spoken to anesthesiology and to the doctor, then BAM foods for juvenile diabetes surgery is off. This will be his whole life.
LaTasha McClendon-DoveAuthor Sonja Skinner EXACTLY!!! She should know this!!! And I referred patients to that halki diabetes remedy ebook office for 5 years, they are an amazing group and I would take my own son there.
Also, trying to compare a gallbladder surgery to an extraction is just ridiculous. Of course if it’s an emergency, they’ll treat him. BUT, if it’s scheduled, it won’t happen. Just like your mom.
Sonja Skinner LaTasha McClendon-Dove hang in there. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.

LaTasha McClendon-DoveAuthor Gayle Smith Harrell That was exactly what they told me the second time I had surgery. They have guidelines they HAVE to follow or it comes back on them. If not in damage foods for juvenile diabetes to the patient, in legal issues. Who wants to jeopardize their practice by putting a child at risk?! I wouldn’t!
