eatable food for diabetic patients

I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

it of a hard day . All I want to do is eeeeeaaaaaaaatttttt. I’ve been feeling eatable food for diabetic patients hungry all day! After I eat a meal, I’m full for like 30 min and then hungry again ??????what do you do when this happens? Just eat more meals and test more ????
This is what my blood sugar is at 2:25pm I just got my monitor is this good or bad this is fasting since I woke up late.
I posted this in a thread but thought I’d post here as well. I mentioned I only test the same finger all day, every day. (Someone mentioned how their finger was becoming really sore from testing.)I really think it could have to do with the foods not good for type 2 diabetes size of your lancets.
I know the One Touch Ultra meters get a bad rap (it’s what my insurance covered) but I love the lancing device it came with—the One Touch Delica Plus. It uses either 30 or 33 gauge lancets. They are SO small and so ni…ce. It doesn’t hurt me to retest on the same finger all day. The eatable food for diabetic patients needle is TINY!
This is the best picture I could get. But the orange lancet is a Microlet 28 gauge? It’s pretty standard/ universal for most lancing devices from what I understand. The large white one is a One Touch Ultra Soft 28 gauge, and the small white one in the lancing device is the One Touch Delica Plus with a 30 or 33 gauge lancet —this is what I actually use.
The larger the number, the smaller the needle. See if you can get a smaller needle if you’re experiencing soreness!!
Haven’t how to lower blood sugar urgently actually seen my dietician nor heard from her in almost two weeks! She never gave me a range of what my BG should be between! What does everyone here try to keep theirs between? 🙂

I have eatable food for diabetic patients a growth scan question. If you have had an IUGR baby with GD… At what point are babies consisted growth restricted? I had a growth scan at 31 weeks and she was spot on size wise. I had my second growth scan at 35 weeks and she measuring 2+ weeks behind. I know there is a wide range but that seems like a lot to me. I have an appointment this Tuesday and will speak with my doctor of course but I got the results on Friday and have been worrying all weekend ??
