I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. lthy diet is the thing to do and no smoking or alchohol. Have fun and snile. The other day someone told mecthat if you smile evennthough you don’t feel hood it tricks the body into thinking you ate happy which is good for the gut. Good git health is supposed to be very important to your state of mind and doing meditation is wonderful. I think in most cases it is down to diet and exercise but be kind to yourself and diabetic dinner with ground beef eat well and enjoy what you are eating. Do not starve yourself at all. With a little perseverance and determination you can turn this around. You have to put in the hard work and effort to cook the healthy meals though. Do not leave your wife and please do not give up. I have a huge long list of things that are wrong with me and one thing has led to another in terms of sickness. I have to fight to keep going. Do not give up, you can do this . Think of the little children suffering in warring countries or very poor countries. You can be brave and deal with this. Be positive, smile, take a deep breTh, walk, dance, meditate, do yoga, thai chi, and dance, Listen to music you enjoy, chill snd brave and turn it all around and tou will come out of this so well. Stay with your wife, build a happy strong example of a diabetic diet meal plan relationship. It ican be changed. I decided not to take any tablets but if you turn it around you will not need to take them. Meditation is hugely helpful and positive thoughts and ideas come soRing into your mind. Good luck, if you take this advice i promise you you will get better. We are what we eat. Remenber to look for books on a healthy gut. Good luck, be positive and try not to feel sorry for yourself necause it can all be changed.

2 hours after have lunch I’ll have chicken broth soup with 1 cup rice and some raw cut up veggies
