diabetic foods in nigeria

I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

Fairlife Core protein and Glucerna I need to try or gain though I heard that’s good
I love all products my Your Super. I LOVE their new Chocolate Protein mix. So clean and good.

I actually diabetic foods in nigeria “enjoyed” the diet. Made Alfredo sauce all the time, had one slice of pizza but ten more without the crust and salad. I just tried to make it “fun” lots of keto inspired meals. Never had a boring egg in the morning. My first GDM baby just turned three and we still eat eggs everyday day.
I tried cauliflower from MOD Pizza and spiked but then I had their regular mini pizza and was just fine!!!
I love the caulipower brand. They are really good.
Yes! I got the easy diabetic diet plan to follow steak and cheese cauliflower crust pizza from Unos the other day, asked for extra toppings of the meat/cheese/veggies and did good on numbers! Plus no red sauce on it so no acid reflux!!! So good!!
Ive only tried one kind, but should have been able to eat half, and spiked badly. So, I can only do 1/4 which isn’t enough to make me full. I’ll have to try a different kind.
