diabetic dinner recipes with eggs

I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin on June 26th, 2019. I started some diabetes diet and followed it 100% for a few weeks and could not get my blood sugar to go below 140. Finally i began to panic and called my doctor, he told me to get used to it. He said I would be on metformin my whole life and eventually insulin. At that point i knew something wasn’t right and began to do a lot of research. Then I found a diabetes website http://www.wellhealthplans.com/diabetestreatmentvideo I read that article from end to end because everything the writer was saying made absolute sense. I started the diet that day and the next morning my blood sugar was down to 100 and now i have a fasting blood sugar between Mid 70’s and the 80’s. My doctor took me off the metformin after just three week of being on this lifestyle change. I have lost over 30 pounds and 6+ inches around my waist in a month. The truth is we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods

ir GTT with flying colors. And myself and someone I know both had small babies and GD.
False. Some people just have big babies. Larger babies tend to run on my side of the family and my boy was 10lb 10oz but I’m not convinced it was due to GD. I was completely diet controlled. ??
That’s TOTAL bullshit. Mine were over 9 and I did the GD test…and was negative with the FIRST screening for both (which has a super high fail rate) and both my kids sugars were perfect when they came out….

This is my first, so no experience but i weighted 10.1 and my brother 10 pounds on dot, neither of the pregnancies my mom had GD. I’m gonna go with it’s her opinion
I don’t know that I believe that. I was 10.5 pounds and my mom knows for sure that she did not have GD (she was tested!)—I was just 3 weeks overdue…
I’m lost. My first was 6’9 and my second was 8’14. Both diet controlled gd. So did I not have it with my first?
I wouldn’t say 7-9 lbs. Tons of babies are that size. Mine was 10# and they believe I had later onset which went undiagnosed.

Wrong. Absolutely not. I know people with GD who had the tiniest of babies and people without GD have a 12lb baby.
No, lol that’s not correct. It’s possible but not necessarily always true.
Well that sounds totally uneducated! Spreading that kind of misinformation is foolish and unprofessional!

My first baby was 6″10 and second one is showing small as well and my ob said it probably weigh about the same and for me it’s genetics diabetes runs in my family
Not true at all. Although my mom had a 9.5 lb baby (induced early specifically because of size) who had severe jaundice. She passed the glucose test but the cutoffs were different then. diabetic dinner recipes with eggsI wonder diabetic food journal if I have it because she did!
